The judge is thinking, what is the correct decision according to the law?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><em>\u2014\u00a0Retired Justice <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Stephen_Breyer\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Stephen Breyer<\/a>, in comments given during a wide-ranging interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bloomberglaw.com\/us-law-week\/breyer-details-retirement-calculus-for-leaving-supreme-court\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bloomberg Law<\/a>, concerning a sense of \u201cdeclining trust\u201d in the American judiciary over the course of the last few years.
