\u2014\u00a0Retired Justice Stephen Breyer<\/a>, in comments given during a wide-ranging interview with Bloomberg Law<\/a>, concerning a sense of \u201cdeclining trust\u201d in the American judiciary over the course of the last few years. Breyer said he didn\u2019t think the decline was due to the Supreme Court\u2019s politics, but went on to admit that the loss of trust could be a threat \u201cif you\u2019re talking very long run.\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
