The summer bonus dominoes just keep falling. While much of Biglaw remains frozen in its usual \u201cwaiting to see what everyone else does\u201d stance, another firm has decided there\u2019s no point in making associates sweat through August wondering whether extra money is on the way.<\/p>\n
Today, New York-based midsize firm\u00a0Otterbourg<\/a> announced that all of its full-time associates will receive a handsome midyear bonus of $20,000 \u2014 $5,000 more last year\u2019s bonus \u2014 in recognition of their \u201coutstanding performance\u201d and \u201cunwavering dedication.\u201d Otterbourg\u2019s chairman, Richard L.
