\u2014<\/i><\/span> Tamara Lawson, dean of the University of Washington School of Law, in comments given to the ABA Journal<\/a>, concerning the state\u2019s cancelation of the July administration of the NextGen Uniform Bar Exam<\/a> due to widespread technical problems. The deans of all three Washington law schools have asked the Washington Supreme Court to grant hundreds of would-be exam takers diploma privilege in light of the chaotic test rollout. \u201c[I]t was not ready for prime time,\u201d Lawson told the ABA Journal. \u201cWashington test-takers experienced the worst of the failed promises, an unprecedented on-site cancellation of the exam.\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
