When you\u2019ve been unable to get a meeting for six months, you have every right to try something else.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><span><i>\u2014<\/i><\/span> Dan Wall, Live Nation\u2019s executive vice president of corporate and regulatory affairs and its top in-house lawyer, in comments given to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/business\/media\/trump-live-nation-antitrust-doj-f82b2c55\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Wall Street Journal<\/a>, defending the Justice Department\u2019s surprise settlement of its antitrust case against Live Nation following CEO Michael Rapino\u2019s Oval Office meeting with President Donald Trump.
