Diamond<\/strong>\u00a0disqualified Krasner and\u00a0<strong>Assistant DA Matthew Stiegler<\/strong>from participating in the case involving\u00a0<strong>Dennis Johnson<\/strong>, who is seeking to have his second-degree murder conviction overturned. Most importantly, the bill would limit the length of \u2018temporary\u2019 suspensions of judges permitted under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/28\/354\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">28 U.S.C. 354(a)(2)(A)(i)<\/a><\/strong>) to two years.
