Until now, that \u201call\u201d has largely focused on law firms and their clients, but recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lawnext.com\/2026\/08\/pablo-arredondo-casetext-cofounder-and-legal-ai-pioneer-joins-clio-to-lead-its-expansion-into-the-judiciary.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Clio announced<\/a> a major initiative to develop technology for the judiciary.<\/p>\n<p>As part of that initiative, it hired Pablo Arredondo, the former cofounder of Casetext and developer of CoCounsel, one of the first AI legal assistants, to lead product development.
