\u2014<\/i><\/span> <\/b>Kevin Reddington, an attorney for Lindsay Clancy, arguing that prosecutors failed to establish that his client was criminally responsible<\/a> for the deaths of her three children because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis at the time. Clancy\u2019s first trial ended in a mistrial after the jury deadlocked 11\u20131 in favor of finding her not guilty by reason of insanity. A judge has since declined to acquit her outright, ruling that prosecutors presented enough evidence for a rational jury to find her guilty.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
