The Advisory Committee plays a key role in evaluating and recommending changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, which govern bankruptcy proceedings nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>Cathy is a nationally recognized bankruptcy practitioner who represents committees, debtors, creditors, trustees, examiners, and other stakeholders in complex chapter 11 matters and related litigation. She successfully argued Wellness International Network, Ltd. v.
