Pluhowski.<\/p>\n<p>The addition brings an established fisheries litigation and maritime regulatory practice to Liskow and adds a new office in New Bedford, Massachusetts, the nation\u2019s highest-grossing commercial fishing port for 23 consecutive years, according to NOAA Fisheries. The New Bedford office gives Liskow a base in New England and, together with the firm\u2019s New York office, extends its maritime<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-202356\" src=\"https:\/\/attorneyatlawmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/OConner_Patrick_LI-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Oconner-Patrick\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>and casualty response coverage along the Northeast coast.<\/p>\n<p>Samuel P. Blatchley focuses his practice on admiralty and maritime law, insurance, fisheries, and environmental law. Patrick J. O\u2019Connor focuses on maritime and admiralty law, insurance, contracts, and litigation. Michael J. Pluhowski combines a maritime litigation practice with an active seagoing and military career.
