In this role, Brown will contribute his extensive legal experience to Florida\u2019s judicial selection process. Judicial Nominating Commissions are responsible for evaluating applicants for judicial vacancies and recommending qualified candidates to the Governor for consideration.<\/p>\n

The 13th Judicial Circuit serves Hillsborough County, including Tampa, and plays a key role in Florida\u2019s judicial system.<\/p>\n

Brown\u2019s practice primarily focuses on partnership disputes, business separations and non-compete litigation. He has litigated some of the state\u2019s most significant cases under Florida\u2019s non-compete statute and has secured numerous trial and appellate victories. His practice also includes commercial real estate and construction litigation, with an emphasis on representing homebuilders, developers, and contractors.<\/p>\n
