He has managed more than 30 ITC investigations and taken over a dozen matters to trial at the ITC. He has represented clients in the ITC, district court, and arbitration across a wide range of technologies, including cellular devices, mobile payments, data encryption, spray guns, non-invasive body-contouring, pharmaceuticals, construction equipment, and AI dashcams.<\/p>\n
