Weil plans an \u201corderly wind-down\u201d outside bankruptcy, but sorting out partners\u2019 financial obligations and entitlements can still take years. Breaking up is hard to do, especially when everyone involved is a lawyer.<\/em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
