We overcome this challenge through continuous learning, regular team discussions to share knowledge and strategies, and leveraging technology to stay updated on the latest developments.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He shared that he and his team are also challenged by the emotional weight of working with clients who are often in desperate situations, especially for those in detention.
