By way of comparison, the prevailing market bonus \u2014 along with special bonus because who in the world wouldn\u2019t be matching the special bonus (cough<\/a>) \u2014 gives the class of 2024 a combined $21K pro-rated and the class of 2023 gets $26K, while the class of 2017 and beyond are getting $140K at market standard firms. This places Irell comfortably above the pack at all levels.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s not even the end of the compensation story. The memo explains that:<\/p>\n

Under this program, all 2024 bonus-eligible individuals who remain associates in good standing will also receive a further supplemental bonus, beyond the amounts below, in April or May after the firm\u2019s financials for fiscal year 2024 have closed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
