The winter holidays are nearly upon us, and Biglaw firms are rushing to stuff their associates\u2019 accounts full of cash \u2014 and some firms are still doing it now, even though associates won\u2019t see the money for a few months.<\/p>\n
The latest firm to match Milbank\u2019s generous\u00a0year-end<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0special<\/a>\u00a0bonus scales is Choate Hall & Stewart, the Boston-based firm that brought in $327,084,000 gross revenue in 2023, putting it at No. 119 on the Am Law 100. The firm made its announcement yesterday, specifically calling out the special bonus match for all principals, associates, patent agents, and staff scientists.
