The latest boutique firm to offer up Biglaw money waited until Christmas Eve to stuff associates\u2019 stockings with cash, making the moment extra special.<\/p>\nMassumi + Consoli LLP, a Los Angeles-based firm specializing in private equity and M&A deals, is matching the market, offering year-end and special bonuses, with totals ranging from $4,000 to $140,000. Individual associate bonuses at M+C may be further adjusted based on billable hours, performance reviews, and extraordinary contributions to the firm.
