Two co-lead plaintiffs’ counsel in the Roundup multidistrict litigation filed an injunction motion earlier this month before U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria, in California’s Northern District, to intervene in a $7.25 billion class action settlement preliminarily approved last month by 22nd Judicial District Judge Timothy Boyer in St. Louis, Missouri.
