Supreme Court Wants Trump Administration’s View on New Jersey State Bar Association’s DEI Program

The U.S. Supreme Court has called for the views of the solicitor general about whether private groups, such as the New Jersey State Bar Association, have a First Amendment right to set aside seats for members of underrepresented groups to promote diversity.
