Opioid Defendants Facing Hundreds of New Plaintiffs Appeal Judge Polster’s Order—Again.

Two pharmacy benefit managers, OptumRx and Express Scripts, petitioned the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to reverse a July 27 order by U.S. District Judge Dan Polster allowing 800 plaintiffs to sue them over the opioid crisis.
