BOSTON, MA—Colin Kennedy, a Litigation associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, was selected to participate in the Boston Bar Association (BBA)’s 2026-2027 Public Interest Leadership Program (PILP).
PILP is a selective yearlong leadership and professional development program for attorneys within their first five to 10 years in practice. Participants learn from and connect with leaders in Boston’s public and private sectors to gain skills and tools needed to grow as an effective leader and voice in the community.
Kennedy represents clients in multiple phases of litigation. He has experience representing employers in many areas of labor and employment law before state and federal agencies and in courts throughout the country. He also represents companies in a wide range of commercial litigation, individuals and municipalities in white collar defense investigations, and companies facing unfair or deceptive business practice claims in individual and putative class actions.
