Piering brings nearly 15 years of experience advising Fortune 50 employers on their most significant workforce challenges. At Amazon, he served as lead employment counsel for the company’s U.S. operations, guiding strategy on large-scale employment matters and developing legal solutions designed to reduce risk across one of the world’s largest workforces.
