Supreme Court Will Hear Mississippi Death Penalty Case Over Alleged Jury Discrimination

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case of an African American death row prisoner prosecuted by the same Mississippi district attorney whom the justices said engaged in a practice of discriminatory jury strikes.
