Fresh from the oven, it’s time for some bonus lovin’! Well, the news isn’t exactly fresh since it happened back in December, but after bringing in $792,849,000 gross revenue in 2024, this firm was able to cook up some special bonus news for its associates and counsel.

The firm we’re speaking about is Pillsbury, and this time around, the firm served up bonuses on top of bonuses on top of bonuses on top of bonuses (including special bonuses, unlike last year). That’s right, attorneys at this firm are able to exceed market bonuses — so long as they bill, bill, bill. Here’s what the bonus scale looks like at the firm:

As noted in the firm’s memo, all bonuses are “cumulative,” meaning that the firm’s most junior associates could earn up to $71,000, while the firm’s most senior associates and counsel could earn up to $190,000. Those big-time bonuses worth celebrating.
