DOJ Sues New Mexico Supreme Court, Board of Bar Examiners Over Alleged SCRA Violations

The U.S. Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division warns that state supreme courts and bar associations should take note of the New Mexico lawsuit, and if states do not come into full compliance with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, they risk getting sued by the DOJ.
