At least, that’s the reason the judges presiding over the case imputed to the request because, as Bar and Bench notes, “on August 5, the counsel had requested that the case be listed after August 17” and specifically cited the bar election as the reason.
Frankly, she could still be the new bar association secretary if Mike Pence has the courage.
