New York Judge Tosses Uber’s Racketeering Case, but California Case Moves Ahead

On Aug. 14, a federal judge dismissed Uber’s RICO case against New York’s Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, but Los Angeles-based Jacob Emrani and Downtown LA Law Group moved to reconsider a contrasting ruling in an Uber case in California.
