Imagine sitting down for tacos and discovering that the evening’s specials include chips, salsa, and glockamole. That’s what recently happened when a Georgia state court judge finished his meal at a local taco joint and accidentally fired his weapon when trying to pay. Talk about getting more bang for your buck.

Police were called to Señor Bird’s Tacos and Tequila Bar in Athens, Georgia, on September 15 after reports of gunfire inside the restaurant. According to the ABA Journal, Clayton County Superior Court Judge Aaron Mason told officers that he’d reached for his wallet to pay the bill, but accidentally fired the Glock pistol he was carrying in a leather pocket holster instead. Yikes! The only thing that should be fully loaded at a taco bar is the nachos, not your gun.

The bullet reportedly blasted two small holes through Mason’s jeans before striking the restaurant’s tile floor. One customer suffered a minor cut to the forehead after apparently being struck by debris, while two other women in the restaurant also reported injuries. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt, as all three declined medical treatment.

Authorities say Mason will not face criminal charges, so this legal burrito has already been wrapped up.
