Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Enhances Fund Finance Capabilities With Christopher Thalhammer

NEW YORK, NY—Hogan Lovells Cadwalader announced today that Christopher Thalhammer has joined as a Banking & Loan Finance partner in its New York office. He joins the firm from Macquarie, where he was the Head of Legal for its Fund Finance business spanning the U.S., EMEA and APAC.

His experience spans a range of transactions, including net asset value (NAV) facilities (including buyout, secondaries, credit, infrastructure and real estate); hybrids; continuation vehicle financings; unsecured bridge facilities; subscription lines; structured fund warehousing facilities; back-leverage facilities; management company loans; and hedge fund financings (including via OTC derivatives).
