WASHINGTON, D.C.—Eight months after Barnes & Thornburg’s transformational hire of a 39-lawyer public finance and infrastructure group, Marissa E. Perlmutter joins as a partner in Washington, D.C., further strengthening the firm’s national finance capabilities and expanding its experience in real estate finance and multifamily housing transactions. Perlmutter focuses her practice on real estate financing. She represents lenders in a broad range of taxable and tax-exempt multifamily housing financing deals from origination through servicing.
