Sherin and Lodgen Partner Ronald W. Ruth Joins REBA’s Dispute Resolution Panel of Neutrals

BOSTON, MA—Sherin and Lodgen LLP announces that partner Ronald W. Ruth has joined the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts’ (REBA) Dispute Resolution Panel of Neutrals. As a panel member, Ruth will facilitate mediation for REBA’s clients in the areas of real estate, land use, environmental and Brownfield construction law disputes, and construction on contaminated properties. Additionally, Ruth will serve as a part-time volunteer mediator at the Land Court under the auspices of the Lawyers Clearinghouse Access to Justice Fellows Program.

A partner in Sherin’s Real Estate Department, Ruth concentrates his practice on real estate, land use, and environmental law.
