DALLAS, TX—Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. has added Josh Pleitz as a Shareholder in its Corporate & Securities and M&A practices. Pleitz brings more than 16 years of experience advising public and private companies, private equity funds and institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, strategic investments and other corporate matters.

His practice includes domestic and cross-border transactions involving complex deal structures. Pleitz also counsels public companies on SEC reporting, stock exchange compliance and corporate governance.
