Jordan Fasbender, who became legal chief during the COVID-19 pandemic, will depart next month to become general counsel of a Comcast spinoff company.
Jordan Fasbender has resigned as chief legal officer of iHeartMedia to become general counsel of Comcast’s future cable television spinoff that will include MSNBC, CNBC, Oxygen, E!, Syfy and Golf Channel.
A network source confirmed to Law.com that Fasbender will take the legal helm at the yet-to-be named spinoff.
