Delaware Supreme Court Justice Collins J. Seitz Jr. said it’s unfortunate that in the past two years, the legislature has moved faster than the court in resolving concerns raised in some of Delaware’s more controversial and high-profile corporate litigation, which may be in part because of a lack of opportunity to address those concerns through interlocutory appeals.
