“The question before us is whether the payment of the entire judgment terminated the accrual of postjudgment interest or whether the exercise of appellate rights constituted a condition on the payment, requiring the continued accrual of such interest,” the court said. “We hold that the exercise of appellate rights does not constitute a condition on the payment of a judgment, and therefore, the judgment was fully satisfied when it was paid in full and the accrual of postjudgment interest halted upon payment.”
