Supreme Court Lifts Judge Boasberg’s Order Blocking Alien Enemies Act Deportations

In a 5-4 ruling Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court lifted a D.C. federal judge’s order blocking the Trump administration from invoking the Alien Enemies Act to deport suspected members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
