President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Wednesdayagainst Susman Godfrey, while indicating that “another five” firms are in the administration’s sights. Trump also said he wants to use law firms that have made deals for the administration for trade discussions.
The executive order against Susman takes certain measures to ensure the firm can’t access government resources and government buildings, a White House aide said during an executive order signing, noting the action against Susman scrutinizes certain Susman practices “given their previous activities.”
