Uber Revs Up for First Bellwether Trial in Sexual Assault Cases

Uber, which failed to reverse the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation’s order coordinating 2,000 sexual assault cases against it, will face its first bellwether trial on Dec. 8.
