Vice Chancellor Lori W. Will has agreed to send questions related to the constitutionality of recent changes to Delaware’s corporate law to the state’s Supreme Court. She did so in a case in which attorneys from Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann, Equity Litigation Group and Morris Kandinov are representing a plaintiff that claims the law is unconstitutional.
