Florida Group Sues ByteDance, TikTok, Alleging They Conspired to Block its Acquisition of Social Media Firm’s U.S. Operations

TikTok Global, a limited liability company formed to make a bid to buy TikTok’s U.S. presence, has sued the social media company, its Chinese parent company ByteDance, Beijing Telecommunications and the former CEO of ByteDance, Yiming Zhang, in Florida federal court for alleged racketeering and antitrust violations this week.
