The safety of our people remains our top priority. We are working in close coordination with building security, the NYPD and local authorities to ensure the highest level of protection for our firm and its employees. We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment, and we will continue to review and strengthen our security measures firmwide accordingly.

Mitchell Nussbaum, co-chair of Loeb & Loeb, in comments given to the New York Law Journal, in the wake of the fatal shooting at 345 Park Ave. in New York City, where a gunman killed four people on Monday. Loeb has encouraged all of its New York employees to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
