Twenty years ago, I had the great good fortune to help launch the podcast Lawyer 2 Lawyer as cohost along with J. Craig Williams. It was one of the first legal podcasts of any kind, was the very first podcast of the Legal Talk Network, and is today the longest continuously running of all legal podcasts.
After recording 586 episodes of Lawyer 2 Lawyer, I left in 2018 to launch my LawNext podcast. Somehow, Craig and the Legal Talk Network managed to soldier on without me, and in the last week of August, the show hit its 20th anniversary.
Recently, Craig and Kate Kenney Nutting, the show’s longtime producer, invited me back on to celebrate the anniversary and reminisce about our years doing the show together.
