“Upon review of the parties’ submissions, the Court finds that Plaintiff has adequately established Mr. [Lloyd] Frink possesses unique and personal knowledge relevant to the pending preliminary injunction motion,” U.S. District Judge Jeannette Vargas wrote in an order compelling the deposition of Zillow’s co-founder Frink in an antitrust lawsuit challenging Zillow’s home listing policy.
