U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond, of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, issued the Tuesday order after finding that Hagens Berman managing partner Steve Berman, and a former lawyer at his Seattle-based firm, Tyler Weaver, engaged in ‘misconduct bordering on the criminal’ in thalidomide cases.
