Judge in Depo-Provera MDL Orders Additional Briefing on FDA’s Brain Tumor Warning

At a Friday hearing, U.S. District Judge M. Casey Rodgers, of the Northern District of Florida, ordered supplemental briefs to Pfizer’s summary judgment motion on federal preemption in light of the FDA’s warning label added this month to Depo-Provera.
