OpenAI Goes Before Another Appeals Court to Fight Copyright Info Removal Allegations

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit drilled down on whether media outlets had standing to bring claims under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act, which prohibits distributing works from which copyrighted information “has been removed or altered.”
