How satisfied are customers of legal AI companies? That question was put to attendees at the Strategic Knowledge & Innovation Legal Leaders Summit, or SKILLS, and the results are now in.
The SKILLS Summit, held March 27, 2025, in New York, brought together knowledge and innovation leaders from the largest law firms. In conjunction with the summit, organizers asked participants to rate how likely they were to recommend specific legal AI vendors to a friend or colleague.
Specifically, they were asked to consider nine factors, based on their experience with each vendor:

- ๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐: Responsive and effective customer service.
- ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Seamless integration with other systems.
- ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฝ: How much do you believe in the companyโs vision.
- ๐๐ผ๐: Your experience interacting with the people at the company.
