Law schools across the country continue to see enormous increases in applications for fall 2025 admission, with some schools reporting a record-high number of applications, as many experience year-over-year increases exceeding 20%.
At New York Law School, which is among the schools seeing record-highs this year, “We are up 31% in applications year over year and our deposits far exceed the number of seats targeted, with very strong incoming credentials,” President and Dean Anthony Crowell told Law.com.
