A tense Manhattan jury on Wednesday returned a partial guilty verdict against Harvey Weinstein, but was dismissed early following allegations of tension and threats in the jury room.

The panel found Weinstein guilty of one count of first-degree criminal sex act for forcible oral rape of production assistant Miriam Haley, but acquitted the 73-year-old of a charge alleging the same conduct against model Kaja Sokola.
