Supreme Court Says Fuel Sellers Can Challenge California’s Pro-EV Rules

The Supreme Court ruled, by a 7-2 vote, that producers of liquid fuels such as gasoline have standing to challenge an EPA decision clearing the way for California’s pro-electric vehicle rules.
