7th Circuit Denies Bid to Transfer Case Against Ex-Judge Posner to Different Appeals Court

Indiana University Maurer School of Law professor Charles Geyh said any Seventh Circuit judges who worked alongside Richard Posner should step aside. Of the 11 active judges on the court, two served with Posner: Chief Judge Diane Sykes and Judge Frank Easterbrook.
